In less that a year upon purchasing Puncak Damansara, I placed another unit in Subang. It's called the Empire Subang. At the centre of it, is the Empire Gallery, a 3-storey shopping centre, set to grab the limelight from neighbouring Subang Parade.
Above the Empire Gallery is a tower of SOHO units (where one of the unit is mine. the SOHO suites where one can live and work at the same place), and at each flank are two other towers, one is a soon-to-be launched office block, and another is a hotel Empire Suites where investors are invited to buy ‘units’ (actually the hotel suites), and rent it back to management for a Guaranteed Rental Return of 8%. But I don't think I will be getting that one though.
I am going to have a good time getting my loan approved, and what more, to figure out the way to get my additional installment paid. Hmmm... I think am going to appoint a property agent to do so. LOL... in the mean time, enjoy the pictures.
