SHE FINALLY GOT MARRIED!!!

I have known her for 4 years. I still remember the first day I started working in UMW Toyota. She was the first person whom I talked to back then. She was the person who invited me out for lunch with everyone. She was the person who has seen my mother when she was young. She was the person whom I see how she suffered from her "monthly suffering" with a clear indication endorsed on her face. She was the person who cries after seeing the departure of her close friends one by one. She was the person who cried when I left. She was the person who could cry out loud followed by a laughter thereafter. She was the person who got bullied most. She was the person whom I pressured most for OMM report. She was also the person whom I argued with most. She was the person whom I console most when she's down. She was the person who hit me most too. She was the person who was caught in between during my stationery war with Vijay. She was the person where Vijay and I made her cry. She was the person who worked so late and so hard, but still couldn't get the job done. She was the person who grabs the mic and sings to herself. She was the person who does not like to eat chicken drumstick. She was the person who lives in Jinjang but now upgraded to "Menjalala". She was the person who followed me to buy her car. She was the person who chose my car number. She was the person whom everyone called her 'siao'. And she was the person who means a lot to me.

Her friendship is neverending. Her laughter is always entertaining and her down to earth style is really adoring. And she's now finally married... I still remember how she talked to me about it. She was so excited over it. And she is the one and only Mavis Liew.

Last week I attended her wedding. Although it was set at Tai Thong, Odeon Cinema, Kepong, but it is the best wedding for a Chinese ceremony which I have seen so far. It was indeed very well planned and organised. From the moment I know her until now, I have not seen her so graceful (ahem... despite the part where she hits me in her wedding gown and called me siao). It was really a memorable moment to see her getting married.... And on the day itself, it was also the day whom I felt like being back with Toyota again. The pioneers who used to crack a lot of jokes during our time in Jalan 219, reunited once again except Suraya and Gary. To me, that day itself was really memorable.

Congratulations Mavis & Daniel! I wish you both all the very best and Mavis, get pregnant soon!!! This is where 1 plus 1 equals 3!
