UNCLE LEAVIDE: 巾幗梟雄之義海豪情

I have been watching TVB series lately and the quality of the series are getting better and better throughout the years. To a certain extend, I do not like the modern series.

巾幗梟雄之義海豪情 is actually Rosy Business sequel where Chai Kau and Sei Lai Lai has turned into Lau Sing and Kau Gu Leong. This time, Lau Sing is a cop and 9 Gu Leong is a villain operating opium business. Though she may be a villain but in actual, she is a saviour (as usual) where she will scarifies herself for others.

I must say this series is quite good and there is no day that I would not come home to watch it. Even when I am at Hong Kong for my holiday, I would log on to www.tvb.com to catch up with the episode. Just imagine how addicted I am to it.

However, each episode of this show makes me sad. I do feel a bit depressed and melancholy as it brings back those war era (though I wasn't born then). When I put myself in it, I will think to myself, "how grateful we should be when we are living so comfortably and yet, we, humans are exploiting every right that we have just for the sake of getting richer".
